3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.
5. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2000.
For orders below that amount, a small delivery fee will be applied at checkout.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at funorakids@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day easy return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong product or need a different variant, we can arrange an exchange (based on stock availability).
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Funora Kids ships only within Pakistan.
