At Funora Kids, we want every parent and child to be delighted with their purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, our simple return process makes it easy to send it back and find the perfect replacement.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (like an order number or invoice) is required.

If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept it.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is approved, you can ship the product back to us using your preferred courier.

Note: We currently do not offer free return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Attach clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or assist you with the next steps quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Used or opened toys

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or sale items

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

5. Exchange Option

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, a different color or product), you can mention this in your return request.
We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item and confirm availability of the replacement product.

6. Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If your return is approved, the exchange or refund process will begin within 5–7 business days.
