At Funora Kids, we want every parent and child to love their purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right with a smooth and simple return process.


1. 14-Day Easy Return

We offer a 14-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must include all tags, labels, and accessories.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or opened.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sales.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Exchanges

Need a different size or item?
We’re happy to exchange your product for another of equal value. Simply mention “Exchange” in your email request.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at WhatsApp our phone or Email us at funorakids@gmail.com with photos. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
