1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.

Please note:
Processing may take slightly longer during sales, holidays, or new product launches due to high order volume.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (within Pakistan): 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: May take an additional 1–3 days depending on your location and courier service.

We always try our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 2000 qualify for free delivery.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below Rs. 2000 are charged a small delivery fee, visible during checkout.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on most products for your convenience.
Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.


6. Shipping Delays

We work with trusted courier partners, but sometimes unforeseen delays may occur due to:

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Funora Kids is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at 🟢 WhatsApp on 0333-6978674 within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.


9. International Shipping

Currently, Funora Kids ships only within Pakistan.
We’re working on expanding our delivery network soon to bring Funora Kids products worldwide.
